Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1)Healthy male human volunteers of age group of 50- 59 years and willing to participate in research and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.(Essential clinical and laboratory examination will be done to coin them Healthy volunteers prior to include in this study) 2)Volunteers will be included from Government and semi government sector and Physician and teaching professionals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria Volunteers having following known illness will be excluded from study 1) Diabetes 2) Coronary heart disease 3) COPD(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases) and Asthma 4) Hypertension 6 ) Obesity (BMI > 27) 8) Anemia (Hb % 9) Peptic ulcer 10) Cirrhosis/jaundice 11) Urinary infections with complications 12) Alcoholism/any other addiction. 13) Acute Infective diseases

Effect on change in any one parameter of biological ageing at the end of trial (1 year). Parameters are pulse rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure,Hb%,red blood cell,white blood cell,vital capacity ,hand grip test,skin elasticity,bio-acromial diameter,seated stature,chest depth,mid arm and chest circumference,visual acuity,blood sugar fasting and post prandial,blood urea,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,serum alkaline phosphate,cholesterol,total total protein,total albumin.Timepoint: 0 day to 12 months
