Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All preterm ( Receiving enteral feed volume of at least 30 ml/kg/day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major congenital anomalies

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time to reach full enteral feeding in preterm neonates â?¤ 32 weeks gestationTimepoint: Full enteral feed defined as the first day of successive two days of receiving at least 150 ml/kg of birth weight/day of breast milk/formula feeds. Outcome will be assessed at 1 to 2 weeks of age.

1.Number of times gastric residual volume checked 2.Number of episodes of feed stopped 3.Incidence of stage II/III NEC 4.Weekly weight gain till hospital discharge 5.Duration of hospital stay 6.Culture positive sepsis Timepoint: Daily Until discharge
