Intervention1: pomegranate peel extract oral rinse: PPE oral rinse will be given to 30 subjects and evaluated for possible microbial reduction Dose: 15ml once daily Route of administration: Oral Dura

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: DMFT score >= 3, walk-in patients, high caries risk patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: DMFT score 19 years of age, medically compromised individuals, individuals using any drugs that reduce salivary flow or antibiotics in the last 4 weeks, patients undergoing orthodontic treatment
