Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-insulin dependent type 2 diabetes Age more than 30 years HbA1c between >6 percent Fasting blood glucose level >120 mg/dl Patient who will be cooperative and want to participate in the study Not intake of herbs or other complementary therapy in recent 8 weeks No acute infection (pneumonia, urinary tract infection, otitis) No insulin therapy.

Exclusion criteria: Cholesterol > 300mg/dl Triglyceride >450mg/dl Chain Smoking Heavy alcoholic Pregnancy and lactation Allergy or sensitivity to cinnamon Liver disease Critically ill patient
