Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: FOur score in between 4-10 Mechanically ventilated more than 24 hour Hemodynamically stable. Sedation level in between 1-4 according to MAAS(Motor activity assessment scale) Inclusion criteria for family member Willing to participate able to understand and speak in english/hindi language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of impaired hearing Hemodynamically Unstable History of excessive consumption of alcohol and narcotic substance ototoxicity drug Diagnosed injury of auditory pathway Induce coma by neuromuscular blockade drug Quadriplegia Brain Injury
