Inclusion criteria: All persons aged sixty years and above Those who are resident of the study area for at least past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are severely ill, debilitated or unable to communicate. Individuals who will not be available after 3 visits/contacts.
