Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients who,require nasal intubaton for oral, maxillofacial, dental surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Reduced mouth opening requiring fibreoptic guided intubation 2. h/o skull base fracture 3.h/o recurrent epistaxis
