Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Biopsy Proven Lung Malignancy 2.ECOG PS 0-III 3.Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ï?? Uncontrolled comorbid condition ï?? Unconfirmed histology ï?? PS-IV ï?? Deranged Renal and liver function tests ï?? Bleeding disorders( Haemophilia, idiopathic Thrombocytopenia)

To assess the efficacy of endobronchial brachytherapy as a palliative procedure in releasing airway obstruction and controlling haemoptysisTimepoint: 1 week(clinical response) 1 month(response assesement bronchoscopically )

To assess the toxicity profile and Local control rate of patients treated with Endobronchial brachytherapyTimepoint: 3 monthly upto 2 years
