Intervention1: Pulsed Radiofrequency procedures: Pulsed Radiofrequency lesioning treatment with two cycle of 120 sec with electrode tip temperature not exceed 42 degree C for management of chronic lum

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presentation with symptomatic lumbar radicular pain Imaging findings of a lumbar intervertebral disc pathology compatible with pain syndrome Sever lumbar radicular pain more than lumbar axial pain Presentation with a VAS of >4 ASA 1,2 Protruded and extruded disc at one or two level at lumbar region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe allergy to injectants History of spine surgery Spinal instability Spinal stenosis or degenerative spondylolisthesis Infection on the spine Timor or Timor metastasis in the involved spinal area Pregnancy Sequestrated disc Severe flavum hypertrophy
