Intervention1: Ferrum Phos 6X: single blind cross over clinical trial,we are giving Ferrum phos 6X to one group (Group-A) and another group will be given placebo (sugar of milk) for 9 months (Group-B)

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 10â??19 years. 2.adolescent school girls suffering from mild to moderate Anaemia with Haemoglobin ranging between 7-12 g/dL 3.Subjects diagnosed on the basis of clinical presentation, laboratory investigation like Hb gm % & peripheral smear. 4.Patients from all communities, female sex, different socio-economic status is included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Anaemia with established and advanced pathological changes i.e. Leukaemia, Multiple myeloma, sickle cell Anaemia, Thalassemia. 2.Patients requiring hospitalization due to surgical intervention or due to other diseases with anaemia. 3.Underlying chronic illness like immunocompromised, Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
