Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates with gestational age between 28 weeks to 34 weeks and weighing more than or equal to 1000 grams and admitted to the NICU will be eligible for the study. Those with respiratory distress and in need of nasal CPAP will be enrolled in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major Malformation Intubated in the labor room for respiratory distress
