Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All ASA2 parturients with singleton full term pregnancy for elective LSCS. Patients giving valid consent Gestational age 37 to 40 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patient on any medication that influences the cardiovascular system Patients with PIH/eclampsia Maternal heart disease or coagulopathies Placenta previa, uterine myomas Patients with contraindication to regional anaesthesia Inadequate action of spinal anaesthesia and conversion to general anaesthesia History of seizures or progressive neurologic disease
