Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients belonging to ASA I or II, undergoing Arthroscopic procedures in age group between 18 - 60 years under spinal Anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergies to local anasthetic agents. 2. Local Infection at the site of Injection. 3. Patient on oral Anti-coagulant drugs. 4. BMI more than 35 kg/m2

To compare the quality of postoperative analgesia of ultrasound guided adductor canal block with intraarticular administration of Ropivacaine-clonidine combination for patient undergoing arthroscopic procedures under spinal anasthesia.Timepoint: 24 - 48 hours

1. To compare time for first rescue analgesia 2. To compare total number of breakthrough analgesics given during first 24 hours of postoperative period. 3. To note adverse effects like nausea, vomitting, motor weakness etc if any.Timepoint: 24 - 48 hours
