Intervention1: Adductor canal block: In patients undergoing Arthroscopic knee surgery, adminstering Adductor canal block with 20ml of Inj 0.25% Ropivacaine and 30mcg Clonidine for post-operative Anal

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients belonging to ASA I or II, undergoing Arthroscopic procedures in age group between 18 - 60 years under spinal Anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergies to local anasthetic agents. 2. Local Infection at the site of Injection. 3. Patient on oral Anti-coagulant drugs. 4. BMI more than 35 kg/m2
