Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient from age of 10 to 60 years patient suffering from symptoms of galagrah selection will be irrespective of sex,religion and socio economic class

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient will be diagnosed on the basis of history ,classical sign and as per the narration of patient Patient suffering from any tumour of pharynx Patient of galagrah who is under other treated modalities
