Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-45 years with infertility 2. Patients with bilateral testies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on medications for infertility 2. Patients with known history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, obesity, infection followed by infection, ischemic heart disease, metabolic syndrome and other chronic illness. 3. Patients with history of alcohol > then 60 units/week and smoking 4. Patients who are allergic to Vitamin C, orchitis TB and varicocele 5. Patient not willing to participate in the study

This trial is to examine whether treatment of infertile males with an antioxidant formulation improves male fertility. The central hypothesis is that treatment of infertile males with antioxidants will improve sperm quality and function, resulting in higher fertilization rates and improved embryo development, leading to higher pregnancy and live birth rates. Timepoint: 3 months

This study may anticipate the result of elevated seminal plasma Myeloperoxidase level (Reactive Oxygen Species) are linked to decreased sperm quality and vitamin C therapy is effective for reducing the oxidative stress (MPO) in seminal plasma which may improve the sperm quality in infertile men. Likely, this may optimize the fertility potential and maximize the chances of an assisted pregnancy rate.Timepoint: 3 months
