Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult Patient (age in completed years above 18) 2) PSA >5 ng/ml 3) Positive Digital rectal examination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Histopathology other than adenocarcinoma. 2) MRI contraindications like pacemakers. 3) Contraindications for contrast administration like previous h/o reaction to Gadolinium, deranged renal function tests, etc. 4) Poor general condition/ performance status (e.g.- acute heart failure etc.) 5) Non consenting patients.
