Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All neonates less than 1 week of age requiring endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mid face dysmorphism 2.Craniofacial anomalies 3.Facial injury in whom it is unable to measure NTL 4.Neonates beyond 1 week of age 5.Babies who are already intubated
