Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Painful menstruation for atleast 3 consecutive regular menstrual cycles,Pain begins before few hours to one day of menstruation or with onset of menstruation and lasting for 2-3 days,cases of dysmenorrhoea with associated symptoms like nausea,vomiting,headache.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Married,girls who are not willing for trial,cases associated with current ongoing research,cases of secondary dysmenorrhoea,cases with pelvic pathology,cases of chronic illness,cases under hormone therapy,cases having any congenital anomaly.

To reduce severity of pain during menstruationTimepoint: Follow-up of all three groups will be done at an interval of 4 weeks, for total period of 12 weeks
