Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with either pure CGH or pure migraine according to IHS and Sjaastad criteria. 2)Age group between 18-60 yrs. 3)Both genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with other types of headache based on IHS criteria 2.Autoimmune or Congenital disorders. 3.Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylosis 4.Upper quadrant dysfunction 5.Withdrawal of informed consent
