Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Primi and multipara. 2)Age between 20 to 35 years shall be selected. 3)Pregnant lady with gestational age of 16-18 weeks onwards.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Bad Obstetric History. 2)Patients with previous L.S.C.S. 3)Patients with H/O Ante partum hemorrhage 4)Patients with multiple pregnancies and IUGR Grand Multiparous. 5)Patients with Incompetent Cervix. 6)Patients with contracted pelvis. 7)Other medical disorders which make patient at high risk,like:PIH,Epilepsy,Severeanemia,Heartdisease ,Diabetes,Bronchial Asthma,Pyelonephritis,Rh-Isoimmunization ,etc.
