Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient clinically presenting with lumbago, pygalgia or lower back or buttock pain isolated or associated with radiculopathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with painful symptoms associated with another obvious aetiology like fracture of vertebra or of transverse process, any malignancy, infection, trauma , muscular spasm.(evaluated through history , examination)
