Inclusion criteria: 1) Community dwelling older adults 2) Healthy older adults 3) Able to walk independently 4) Normal MMSE score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Neurological disorders 2) Cognitive disorders 3) Recent joint replacement surgery 4) walking with walking aids
