Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) weighing 45-80 kgs 2) chronic shoulder pain of different etiology 3) Conservative management tried for at least 3 months 4)Positive result with diagnostic suprascapular nerve block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unwilling patients 2) Patients with coagulation disorder, 3) anatomical distorsion
