Intervention1: Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT): EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: �Willing to participate in the study. �Patient who are identified with moderate to severe depression with Beck Depression Inventory criteria. �Patients who are undergoing antidepressant treatment or any other psychological therapies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: �Patients with extreme depression according to Beck Depression Inventory �Patient with other psychological disorder other then depression.
