Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: presence of important symptoms of tamak shwas presence of symptoms of airflow obstruction spO2 more 90% PEFR 100-300lt. per minute

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of tuberculosis,copd,emphysema, cardiac involvement PEFR less then 100lt. per minute History of endocrine disorders like DM Asadhya Lakshan of tamak shwas spO2 less then 90%
