Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic bankers working in a Multinational bank Age - 30 to 50 years Working for 6-8 hours a day Having a job profile of desk job (sedentary)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cardiovascular/ neuromuscular dysfunction Any pain related to trauma or recent fractures (within 2 years) History of pre-existing metabolic, endocrine disorder or infection that might affect the musculoskeletal system
