Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known case / Newly diagnosed case of CKD stage 1-3, associated with Diabetes mellitus with treatment Sr. Creatinine level � 6 mg/dl GFR � 30ml/min/1.73m2(Cockroft-Gault equation) Blood Urea level � 135mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CKD stage >3 Sr. Creatinine level > 6mg/ GFR Blood Urea level > 135mg/dl H/O Metabolic disorders and systemic illness H/O AIDS, T.B, Cancer, Mental disorders Patients age below 20 and above 65 years Pregnant and Lactating mothers
