Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status â?? I, II and III Elective surgery General Anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Pediatric cases Emergency Anticipated difficult mask ventilation and intubation Any diaphragmatic hernia, gastric outlet obstruction, positive pressure contraindicated conditions

MeasureTime frame
To assess the airway mechanics during Mask ventilation after induction- comparing Etomidate and Propofol.Timepoint: After giving induction agent Propofol or Etomidate- every 20 seconds for 1min followed by Rocuronium injection assessed every minute for 10 minutes

To assess the effect of neuromuscular block on airway dynamics, side effects of Etomidate and PropofolTimepoint: After giving induction agent Propofol or Etomidate- every 20 seconds for 1min followed by Rocuronium injection assessed every minute for 10 minutes
