â?¢ To identify deteriorating health indicators in patients visiting the Kasturba Hospital retroviral clinic using SPLICT-LIS. â?¢ To assess burden of physical symptoms and quality of life dimensions requiring supportive and palliative care, using the revised Edmonton Symptom Assessment System (ESAS-R). â?¢ To match the various symptoms to an appropriate palliative care service (primary vs. tertiary/specialist) in the Indian setting using Needs Assessment Tool: Progressive disease (NAT-PD)Timepoint: 6 months
