Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic healthy individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of cervical spine/lumbar spine pain who had undergone medical treatment in the past two years Individuals with a history of upper limb or lower limb paraesthesia or numbness Individuals with a history of spinal fracture or extremity fracture in past two years Individuals diagnosed with metabolic bone disorders Individuals with scoliosis, restrictive lung pathology, rib trauma, chronic smokers
