Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects presenting with lakshanas of katishula and janusandhishula, individually. 2.Subjects between the ages 35 years - 65years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects having systemic diseases which interfere with the intervention. 2.Subjects having history of fractures / injuries. 3.Subjects on continuous steroidal treatment. 4.Subjects with secondary pathological changes of bones/joints. 5.Pregnant and lactating women.
