Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II of either sex. 2.Age between 18 to 65 years. 3.BMI >= 20 to 4.Scheduled for fistula in ano surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders. 2.Pre-existing local infection at the site of saddle block. 3.Pregnant lactating women. 4.Contraindication or allergy to bupivacaine and diclofenac. 5.Patients having hemodynamic instability. 6.Patients having pain in any other area other than surgery site. 7.Refusal by the patient. 8.Patient having sensory or motor problem in the lower limb.
