Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 2. Symptomatic prolapsed intervertebral disc disease with VAS score more than 7 after walking or standing for 15 minutes. 3. Already treated for 3 months with antineuropathic medicines without satisfactory improvement, failed conservative therapy. 4. In MRI there is prolapsed intervertebral disc & disc height is maintained (more than 50%). 5. Patients who did not want open neurosurgery and give consent for nucleoplasty and minimal disk intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with motor deficit or significant sensory loss or bladder bowel involvement. 2. Cauda equina syndrome 3. Severe spinal canal stenosis 4. Loss of disk height > 50%. 5. Spinal fracture or tumor 6. Patients who want neurosurgery. 7. Coagulopathy 8. Local skin infection
