Intervention1: pathadi churna with aarogyavardhini rasa: 5gm BD pathadichurn,250 mg BD aarogyavardhini rasa for duration of 3 month and follow up for 1month Control Intervention1: Pathadi churna: 5gm

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: both married /unmarried female pt. in the age group of 18-40 yrs Patient with anyone of the clinical feature of PCOD.like amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea anovulatory infertility, acne, hirsutism, acanthosis nigaricans along with confirm anyone PCOD in USG finding. Patient will be registered having following features of PCOD as per Rotterdam revised criteria 2004 (2 out of 3 sympotoms). Anovulation or oligo-ovulation. Hyperandrogenism-Clinical acne, hirsutism, acanthosis nigaricans. PCOD features on USG ( > 12 Follicles in an ovary each of 2-9mm in size). Ovarian volume >10cubic centimeter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from Pelvic / systemic disease like(EndometriosisHydrosalphinx,Fibroid Uterus)cauing Oligomenorrhoea and Anovulation. Organic lesions of reproductive tract like T.B.Carcinoma and Congenital deformities. Patients suffering from
