Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational Football players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with a history of any recent infective conditions or injuries to lower limb within 6 months. Subjects with recent lower limb surgery in the last 6 months . Subjects who received lumbar manipulation therapy in last 4 weeks.
