Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Private schools in urban Puducherry providing co-education 2. Schools which have at least up to V standard

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with pre-existing Heart disease and Type I Diabetes Mellitus 2. Children with known back or joint problem which may be made worse by increasing physical activity levels
