Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients older than 18 years 2.Patients able to understand the concept of the study and awake intubation 3.American Society of Anaesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I-III 4.Patients undergoing elective surgery requiring endotracheal intubation under GA 5.Patients presented with laryngeal tumour requiring diagnostic or radical surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mouth opening 2.Patients presenting with an acute stridor where complete airway obstruction likely to be imminent 3.Patients presenting with tongue or tracheal tumours 4.Patients with increased risk of regurgitation and aspiration of gastric content 5.Pregnancy
