Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All age group patients with osteoarticular brucellosis Brucella agglutination test positive Blood culture positive for Brucella Brucella organism isolated from the site of infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Osteoarticular involvement due to organisms other than Brucella Patients who do not continue management in our hospital Patient who lost followup

To study the 1.Distribution, frequency and types of osteoarticular involvement- spondylodiscitis, sacroilitis, peripheral arthropathy 2.Clinical features- general /local - backache, neurological status 3.Radiological features- disc space reduction / collapse of vertebra/ abscess / joint space reduction Timepoint: 1.5 years
