Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults between 18 - 50 year of age 2. On haemodialysis for more than 3 months 3. Lives a sedentary life ( scoring a low level of physical activity on international physical activity questionnaire)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent myocardial infarction or symptoms of coronary artery disease (eg: chest pain on exertion) 2. Uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmias 3. Uncontrolled hypertension 4. Lower limb injuries (eg: fracture, severe arthritis)
