Intervention1: GROUP B: Ekanga Jambeera Pinda Sweda for local application for 14 days Control Intervention1: GROUP A: Nasya Karma with Prasarini Taila 8 drops in each nostril for 14 days.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients fit for Nasya Karma and Swedana Karma. 2. Patients presenting with clinical features of Avabahuka and Frozen Shoulder. 3. Patients irrespective of sex, occupation, religion, socio economic status will be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of shoulder joint dislocation/fracture. 2. Auto immune disorders like SLE, RA etc. 3. Post Traumatic injuries. 4. Uncontrolled metabolic disorders like diabetes mellitus.
