Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women more than 20 weeks period of gestation admitted with known or newly diagnosed cardiac disease (congenital or acquired) whether symptomatic or asymptomatic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - all pregnant women with cardiac disease admitted for termination of pregnancy - cardiac disease in which pregnancy is contraindicated like Eisenmengers syndrome incomplete records of the patient
