Intervention1: Group CLSP: Group CLSP patients will receive an epidural in crossed leg sitting position with knee and hip flexed and hugs a pillow. Control Intervention1: Group TSP: Group TSP patients

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 parturient in active labor requesting labor epidural analgesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncooperative patients, significant anatomical disorder of the spine and hip, wound/scar on the lumbar area, subjects with a body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m2
