Intervention1: Fascia iliaca block for better positioning and post-operative analgesia in fracture femur in elderly patients: Will give fascia iliaca block before spinal anaesthesia in elderly patient

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 years and above ASA physical status 1-3 Patients with fracture of femur undergoing surgery undersubarachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal Age less than 60 years allergy to local Anaesthetics bleeding diathesis neuropathy psychiatric disorder polytrauma Morbid obesity
