Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed cases of Hypercholesterolemia, defined as having the following: LDL >130 mg/dl, total cholesterol >200 mg/dl, HDL <40mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of lipid-lowering drugs 2. Patients of Acute and Chronic infections 3. Overt Nephropathy 4. Use of antibiotics, antifungals, antivirals and antiparasitics drugs
