Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-25 years. Playing football at least 3 times a week for the last 4 months. Subjects who have adductor tightness are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute impairment of the spine or lower extremities, vestibular dysfunction or balance disorder. History of surgery in either lower extremity. History of a neurological disorder affecting the upper or lower extremities. No recent intake of muscle relaxants/dietary or performance enhancing supplements.
