Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having symptoms of Post-Chikungunya chronic inflammatory arthritis with history of Chikungunya fever will be selected from OPD and IPD of IPGT and RA Hospital, Jamnagar.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years more than 70 years. Patients having previous Rheumatological diseases, Gout, Psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia and SLE etc. Pregnant and lactating women. Other chronic debilitating disease like STD, tuberculosis, hypertension and carcinoma etc.
