Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients of both sexes and age above 18 years. 2) Patients with psoriasis involving > 20% Body surface area 3) Patients with no systemic therapy for past 4 weeks or topical therapy for past 2 weeks 4) Patients not on any systemic drugs known to exacerbate psoriasis 5) Patients willing to give consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating women 2) Patients on systemic treatment 3) Patients with photosensitivity dermatitis or on photosensitising drugs 4) Pustular psoriasis/ erythrodermic psoriasis/unstable psoriasis
