Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients receiving spinal anaesthesia for elective lower limb orthopedic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergy to Gabapentin, 2. Patients suffering from epilepsy, liver & renal disease, any chronic pain syndrome, psychiatric illness 3. Patients who have taken NSAID in last 24 hrs were excluded from the study. 4. Patients requiring surgical duration more than 3hrs
