Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing laparoscopic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal ASA III and above known hepatic and renal dysfunction known cardiac arrhythmias, congenital heart diseases pregnant and lactating females
