Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing various surgical procedures who were shifted to LNH ICU for observation / mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Postoperative patient not shifted directly from OT to ICU. -Patient was in ICU prior to surgery
